A little clarity
Good questions.
Thoughtful answers.
The practical details matter, too. Here is a useful starting point for imagining your celebration.
Visiting & choosing your date
What happens during a private tour?
You would walk through the ballroom and getting-ready spaces, explore possible room arrangements and talk about your event date, guest count and priorities. Bring a few inspiration photos and any questions you already have.
How far ahead should we start planning?
For a popular weekend wedding, starting 12–18 months ahead gives you more room to choose. Smaller celebrations may need less time. In a real inquiry, the first step would be a date and availability check.
Can we tour before choosing a package?
Absolutely. A tour is a chance to see whether the space feels right. Package selection would come after you have talked through your priorities and received a clear proposal.
Can you hold our date after a tour?
A tour or inquiry would not reserve a date. A real venue would explain its agreement, deposit and hold policy before any booking. This concept does not offer availability or accept reservations.
Planning your celebration
How many guests can the Maison accommodate?
The illustrative venue is designed around 50–350 guests. A seated dinner with a dance floor, a standing reception and a ceremony each use space differently. Your planner would recommend a layout for your guest count.
Can we host both our ceremony and reception?
The concept includes ceremony and reception planning. During a real tour, your team would discuss room transitions, photography time, guest comfort and the schedule that keeps the day moving naturally.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Your planner would help coordinate photographers, florists, entertainment and other professionals. Insurance, setup times and venue requirements would be reviewed before vendor plans are confirmed.
Can we include cultural traditions or dietary needs?
That conversation should happen early. Share ceremony traditions, service preferences, accessibility needs, allergies and dietary requirements so the team can discuss what is possible and document the plan.
What should we ask about accessibility?
Discuss step-free routes, restroom access, parking or drop-off needs, seating space and any support a guest may need. Since this is a fictional venue, specific accessibility features must be verified with a real venue.
Packages & the proposal
What is included in the sample prices?
The pricing page lists each collection’s time, food service, coordination and styling inclusions. The sample estimator separately adds a venue fee, service charge and estimated tax, so the example is easier to understand.
Are there extras beyond the package?
Examples include custom florals, entertainment, alcohol, extra hours and selected ceremony additions. A real proposal should itemize every choice and fee before an agreement is signed.
What is the payment or cancellation policy?
Those terms would be provided in a venue’s written agreement. No payments, deposits, bookings or cancellation policies apply to this fictional concept.
Does this website send inquiries or accept bookings?
No. Maison Aurèle is a fictional website concept by More Venue Bookings. The tour form is an interactive demonstration using sample contact details. No inquiry is sent, no information is stored and no date is reserved.
The beginning of something beautiful
Begin with a conversation.
You do not need every detail worked out. A date, a guest count and a little inspiration are plenty to begin.
A personal conversation. No pressure to decide.
